  • Booking platforms: Booking.com and Airbnb, which act as independent data controllers for bookings made through their platforms.
  • Italian authorities: Questura (police) for mandatory guest registration, and tax authorities as required by law.
  • Communication providers: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) when you contact us via WhatsApp.
  • Technical providers: website hosting services and Google Fonts for website functionality.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

  • Booking and guest data: retained for the duration required by Italian law (up to 5 years for tax and accounting records, as mandated by local authorities for guest registration).
